Videos and DVDs reserved for classroom showing are ready for pickup the day before the showing and due back the day following the showing, unless other arrangements have been made.

Ten business days notice is required for processing.

With less than five days advance notice (excluding weekends) SMIL videos can be reserved for classroom showing and picked up from the Scott Library service desk only.

Captioned Media Service Assistance is an optional service and should be only requested if needed. This process can take up to 6 weeks because it involves securing permission from the producer/distributor, preparing the transcript, and sending the video off campus for the captioning process. Consequently advance planning is necessary.
